Now you’re wondering how we have come to this conclusion. This Black Operations Unit has been working on this case for a couple weeks. It started with a hacking threat against a Club Penguin United Nations member saying that a man by the name of Venomouscorpius was going to hack him.So, the Unit started an investigation on this man. At first, the threat didn’t seem like anything of a real threat. But then, as comments of this man came up on the CPUN, ACP, and GT blog, we soon found his official site: venomouscorpius.wordpress.com.

At first, we believed there to be IP trackers on the blog, but soon we discovered there were none from gathering evidence. After taking many screenshots, gathering evidence, and interviewing some people, we finally came to the conclusion that Rawkinman, a CPUN member, was indeed the man behind Venomouscorpius and Violante Alleta. Notice the following pictures of xat IDs:

The IPs that we gathered were tracked and traced down to the location of which the person was residing. Rawkinman had been changing his IP every comment, but the IPs were traced to places very close together. We have decided not to post the IPs or the tracker results for safety reasons and to not breach is privacy.IP results, addresses, and more photos and evidence are available upon request from the ”Man In A Suit” on ACP chat, or Pungy1234, on GD chat. This allows us to give the information only to trusted personnel. We are not at liberty to discuss the members of the Black Operations Unit at this time.

You cannot apply to join this group, as we are very secretive. Also, remember to not go spamming, raiding, or anything of the aggressive nature towards Rawkinman. This post is not meant to cause hatred. We are only trying to inform the Army World of this shocking revelation of a man who caused havoc in our community in the past few months. • Anti-Hacking Bill Stays: Full Information Seen Here.
• 24 Hour Notice Rule Stays: An army must give the enemy 24 hours notice for an invasion to be considered legitimate. This also means if you lose a server, you can’t just retake it after the enemy leaves – you must re-schedule with 24 hours notice again.
• No Time Limit To Battles: There is no time limit to a battle on Club Penguin between armies. The battle can go on for as long as it has to. If a time limit is needed, the armies involved have to work with each other to make one.
• Klondike Belongs To The CPUN: As it has been for years, Klondike will remain with the Club Penguin United Nations under their care. As it belongs to the CPUN, it is also under ACP control.
• Mammoth Stays Neutral: The server of Mammoth will remain neutral and will be under the care of no one. It is free for anyone to use.
• No Claiming Rooms: The five room rule was decided to be ejected out of the official rules and laws of Club Penguin Warfare. When invading a server, if the opponent or owner of the server does not show up aafter ten minutes of the scheduled time, the invader automatically gets the server. If the opponent does arrive, the army has to successfully battle the army to officially win the server.
• No 2-Server Rule: The 2-server rule was ejected. You do not have to own a certain amount of servers to invade or declare war on another army.
• Max Of Armies Sharing A Server: At all times, one army owns a server. The only times the server can be shared is when they other army(s) sharing the server are allies, or they are in an alliance.
• Spying Is ALWAYS Legal: Spying in Club Penguin Warfare is a type of tactic. There is no law or rule that says an army can’t spy on the opponent. Armies cannot call no spying in a battle or war for it will be illegal. Armies can spy whenever they want.
• 15 Server Max To All Armies: All armies have a maximum of owning fifteen servers each. Any more servers will be invalid and will not count to ther army’s official nation.

Hello there armies and members of the Club Penguin League Of Nations. This is ATM 23, LoN Head CPUN Official here today to tell you about a meeting for all army leaders. I am calling this meeting so that we all can discuss the current laws and rules of Club Penguin Warfare. Some people don’t agree with these rules, some want to get rid of these rules completely, and some want to alter them slightly. Also, we will talk about any other rules/laws that need to be put into place. To make the rule or law legal in the meeting, all representatives from there armies will vote on chat of what they want to do. Please, come with ideas, we’d love to hear them!

Also, EVERY army that wants to can come to the meeting. There is a limit to three representatives for an army. All the rest of the people will be guested. We’ll see how this meeting goes with not only major and known armies being invited and if it gets out of hand. We will know for next time. If you’re planning on coming to the meeting, please comment below with your army’s name and the representatives attending the meeting. If you forget to comment, its ok. We’ll still let you in if you identify yourself at the time of the meeting.

Official Rules Of The Old Council:

• 2 Server Rule: An army must have at least 2 servers to invade or declare war on another army.
• 24 Hour Notice Rule: An army must give the enemy 24 hours notice for an invasion to be considered legitimate. This also means if you lose a server, you can’t just retake it after the enemy leaves – you must re-schedule with 24 hours notice again.

• Specific Information Rule: An army must provide a specified battle place for the invasion to be legitimate.
• Invading And Fighting Rule: An army must fight the defenders and successfully beat them before they can claim the room. They can’t just go around the server to the rooms with no defenders and claim those.
• No-Show Rule: If the army is not present, then the server automatically goes to the invader.

The Club Penguin League Of Nations replaces the Club Penguin Army Council due to its inactivity. We do operate very similiar to it too. We are here to keep Club Penguin Warfare fun and productive and stop is from becoming boring. But we are also here to keep order. We won’t post much here when we get started. We’ll just have a servers page that will be updated frequently, a history page, and a couple other important ones.

What the League Of Nations will mostly do is hold meetings to discuss important topics in Club Penguin Warfare to make it better. We will schedule a meeting soon where we will discuss if the old council’s laws and rules are still valid and worth keeping. We will then talk over a couple new ideas.

Who Can Join?

The League Of Nations tries to stress to people that everyone is allowed to join. From major to small any size of armies are allowed to join. If you would like to join the League Of Nations, please comment on our members page here.

No this post is not about the Greek Spartans led by Potatoes4, but by the Halo Spartans, a.k.a, the army in which has a long, sad history, and is not remembered. This is their history

Early Days

2006

In 2006, ACP was striving. Armies were rising everywhere and war was in the air. Because things were going so well and he had to leave for a few days, Oagalthorp, the leader of ACP left some generals in charge. In these few days, corruption erupted. Nrop (one of those generals), betrayed ACP and created his own army, the CPUNSC. This became evident after Nrop had started a “Halo Stories” thread on the Miniclip forums (the way they communicated back then). This brought many people on his side and he was urged to create an army. The army almost immediately became a rebellion, and on Oagal’s return, hell was unleashed. A “bitter rivalry” formed between the two armies and they fought constantly. Although ACP destroyed the CPUNSC, (then allied with what was left, which was mostly dust) small branch units became what was once that. These units consisted of the Elites 1G, and… The Spartans.

The First Flames

2006 – 2007

The Spartans roamed through CP for a year, fighting small armies and growing bigger. They grew to extraordinary sizes, and started becoming quite feared on Mammoth. They never had a site, or any records for that matter, and no one exactly knows who their leader was. Some people don’t even know an army of this strength existed. They fought mostly in the Dojo with the Elites. These battles filled the Dojo, and the Spartans maxed up to 40. They fought amazingly and soon the Elites made an alliance. That is when things changed.

The First Fall

2007

After starting an alliance with the Elites, the army disappeared. They didn’t gradually go inactive, they just disappeared. No one knows where they went, or why they did. There is much mystery into what happened to them, but one thing was for sure: they were gone. Small groups of Spartans who never had been taken into that void of disappearance still roamed Club Penguin. They raised new Spartans but most attempts failed and sadly every attempt would. One that was a success for a small time was a group of Spartans with the leader Pizzarn. They fought small armies like one called “The Ninjas” (although there were no real ninjas back then, it was only a myth). The Spartans also fought an early army that Lorenzo Bean had created. The Spartans fought well for a while, but Pizzarn soon faded into retirement. He told his apprentice, Joee125, to lead the Spartans, and carry on the legacy.

The Lost Lapse

2007-2008

As the new leader, Joee tried leading the Spartans to victory, but all he found was himself, fighting alone. He tried to keep them alive, but it’s hard to keep something that’s stopped breathing alive. Because of this, he gave up and left. He left all armies and stopped even trying. For a while he went inactive and no one knows exactly what happened then, but for some reason, he came back, a year later.

A Leader of Legacy, and Extinction

2008

Joee125 came back to armies in the December of 2008. He arrived just in time to see ACP win another Christmas Tournament. Earlier, when the Spartans hadn’t been attacking other small armies, they had been rebelling against ACP. They failed of course, but Joee was reignited with the hatred of ACP, and decided to restart the Spartans and attack them. While at the Christmas Tourny, he met a penguin named “Striker 214″. Striker was the head of a news site (used to be famous) called “All Cheats for Club Penguin“.  Striker has been one of the Spartans in the Golden Ages and decided to turn his cheats site into a site for the Spartans. Joee was immediately added to the site and he and Striker became leaders of the 3G.

Oasis

2008 – 2009

The Spartans recruited like mad. They got around 15-20 at events… and only 5 on chat. They always fought unscheduled events and still did better than most medium armies today. No one really noticed them (well maybe a small army suddenly disappearing each week, but no, the Spartans weren’t known well). Joee wanted to get noticed, and he wanted to kick ACP’s butt. So without telling ACP or even declaring war, they attacked ACP at a recruiting session. They fought a while and left. They attacked AGAIN. And after losing, AGAIN. Their stubbornness was annoying ACP, but ACP never knew who they were or what they were doing, until an invasion was scheduled. The Spartans attacked ACP and the citizens of Mammoth who disliked ACP joined in. They fought for hours. It was much like the Battle of Bunker Hill in the Revolutionary War. They retreated and attacked, retreated and attacked retreated and attacked… Until ACP got mad and surrendered. I guess they figured it wasn’t worth it and gave the Spartans a part of the server. They maxed over 30, maybe even 40. And with that…

Good Night

2009

They died. A few people tried bringing them back, but they failed. And so this was present until now. No one has brought them back, and I doubt anyone will. Joee is still roaming around somewhere today, but I doubt even he would like to bring them back. He accomplished amazing things and probably should be remembered for something. He also helped with the making of BMA and LT, two very successful armies. The legacy of this army might never be heard anywhere, but they had a certain spirit that stuck. It’s called, Rebellion. Joee also went onto create Black Operation Units that changed the Army World forever. Now, no one knows where the heck he is…

Me: What do you think was your greatest achievement?

Joee125: Getting to meet so many good people and friends in the CP Armies.

Me: Do you know what ever happened to the Spartans?

Joee125: No… But I met with a really old Spartan that had joined the Elites and he had started a Black Ops Unit and he didn’t know either.

Me: What is a major problem with small armies these days?

Joee125: Inactiveness and Bullies. Bigger armies look down on us when all we do is look up to them. It’s a shame. That’s one of the reasons we attacked ACP, I figured if we took them out Small Armies would unite and get better. No luck.

Me: Well now we have CPAC and CPUN, they contribute to small armies.

Joee125: But not enough. They don’t care much about us… Small armies will come and go. It doesn’t matter how much they win, all anyone cares about are the famous leaders, good graphics, and a big size. You can’t exactly pull off good tactics with a small army either.

Me: Do you think the army will ever return?

Joee125: I would like to, but I don’t have a lot of time. I’d like the army to stay legendary though, and that small armies won’t ever give up. I saw what happened in Sour and I think that proves my point about Small Armies: they can do something spectacular.

Me: Well thanks for your time.

The Essential Plot

Rebellion became present once the whole operation was announced by the Nachos. They proposed the idea of ACP, IW, and themselves to battle the Small Army Society. This was because a few small armies had invaded their servers without a 24 hour notice and claimed it anyway, without the knowledge of the Nachos. Once Tanman posted the operation, soldiers took action. Although this was the nachos doing, ACP and IW also joined in because they could relate to the “noob” armies always invading their servers for no reason or not even scheduling an  invasion. Members of ACP, IW, and Nachos are all in other Small Armies. Some lead them, some are just in them for fun, though these members were torn. They would be forced to pick a side: either stick with three powerful armies you are a mod or member in, or stick with many small armies that you lead or are a mod in. In this, members couldn’t decide and in their confusion, rebelled against the world powers. This got things started. ACP, Nachos, and IW chats were thrown into havoc and immense chaos. ACP chat (in which I was present at) was gagged over five times because people started protesting. RPF even started protesting on Mammoth. Many penguins joined in to end this operation, saying it was unfair, stupid, or for whatever reason. As this rebellion grew, the owners were overwhelmed which led to the next attribute: Revolution.

Once rebellion erupts, revolution follows, likewise in Sour. The protesters were getting out of hand, we were on the brink of mass civil warfare, and another world war. The Nachos hadn’t meant for that, but it happened. Because the protesting was too much, Tan announced on his chat, the operation was over.

The Schemers

Although Tan, Jcapp, Ken, and Icey put this operation into action, it wasn’t essentially their idea. Oagalthorp, ACP’s creator, was the one (along with Tan) who came up with this plan. Sources also say, this operation wasn’t just developed a week or two ago, but it’s been around for over a month. Although that is just a conspiracy, and not proven yet, questions still remain.

The Reason

Like Order 67, Sour was to see how well Small Armies did under the pressure and force of the World Powers. The main idea was to reunite them. 67 was sort of a fail, but Sour paid more costs. Armies were wreaking with insane chaos for the few hours it was in action. Though it also could be the Nachos ticked off at Small Armies for invading their land and decided to kick their butts. Whatever the reason, I am pretty darn sure we will be seeing Sour again, but in a new form.

Conclusions

Since I’ve already wrote over 500 words, I’m just going to simply say that it could’ve done a lot – but it didn’t. So in reality it just shook up armies, scared the crap out of some soldiers, and started unified protesting. In a way it helped CP Armies, and in a way, it make them all pee in their pants.
